POND CONSTRUCTION BEGINS!!!

TOG Homeowners/Residents,

    As I am sure you can all see, we have begun the process of removing trees on the property to allow Encap access to the property so they can begin construction. The large cottonwood tree and the tree in the water on the northeast side of the pond have been removed.

    We have also removed most of the trees along the the Deerbrook side of the pond. We have also removed a few trees on Westmoreland to allow for access of construction equipment.  I know the lawns are a bit of a mess, but we will have them repaired at the end of the project.

    Encap is scheduled for initial mobilization and erosion controls on Friday and they should be in the process of grading slopes first thing Monday.
